Description: Patient desired lift and augmentation. She was noted to have severe asymmetry of chest wall, asymmetry of nipple position, and severe asymmetry of infra mammary crease. She underwent an anchor type breast lift, and delayed augmentation with silicone implants in the sub pectoral position.
